How long are your contracts?
We don't do contracts. You can cancel your subscription at any time after the cancellation policy date within your dashboard. 6 months minimum.
Can I close my account?
Yes, we are happy to help. We have a Support Center for most of your questions. If you have a problem with your account, login and submit a support ticket.
Do I need to choose a plan now?
Yes, if you plan to start soon. It takes time to integrate all the systems you will receive. Once you’re ready to upgrade, we'll go from there.
What is your cancellation policy?
Your setup fee is minimal to get you started. The minimum requirement for BNB services is 6 months. You can cancel your subscription at anytime following that.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, at any time, in your account. You will receive either a pro-rated charge or refund, depending on the cost of your new plan. Each plan is billed monthly.

How much is the initial setup fee?

What types of payments do you support?
We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Google Wallet, PayPal and Bitcoins. Checks are ok too. And of course we accept Cash!
