How long are your contracts?
Home Office & Professional MSP products start with 6 month contracts renewable. Enterprise contracts are 1-5 years upgrade renewable.
What is a managed service provider (MSP)?
MSP manages and assumes responsibility for providing a defined set of IT services to its clients and determines services needed.
Do I need to choose a plan now?
Yes. It would be a good idea to start with the plan that closely mirrors your business needs. You'll familiarize yourself with how things work.
What is your cancellation policy?
Certain MSP products have minimum contract conditions and can be cancelled after the anniversary date or certain breaches of contract.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, through your account manager. When changing your plan you will receive a pro-rated charge or refund, based on the cost of your new plan.
What types of payment do you support?
We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Google Wallet, PayPal and Bitcoins. Checks are ok too. And of course we accept Cash!
How much time to setup services?
Depending on the MSP product purchased it usually takes a week to setup the Home Office & Professional. Enterprise products may take longer.
