Our network is designed for voice traffic only. Therefore, we provide an alternative for our users that require fax capability.
VOIPo provides fax services for customers who wish to get a dedicated fax number. Any faxes sent to your dedicated fax number will be emailed to you as a .PDF file.
You can change the the fax destination email address at anytime via your DigitalJetstream Control Panel Login.
To send a fax, you can scan it, upload it to vPanel, enter the destination, and send the fax.
Note: At this time, Fax to E-Mail service provided by DigitalJetstream is not offered as a stand-alone option. You must first acquire a Residential Account before ordering a fax number (accessible through the control panel upon ordering).
