Why is my number busy when I dial it?

It is likely that you did not setup a destination in Phone Control Panel.

Toll Free numbers are not configured when they are ordered as they have custom settings that must be setup by the user. If you need help, please don't hesitate to contact us.

To setup a destination: Login to Phone Control Panel
If you login with a residential account, select the account name at the top of the page in the drop down menu that was assigned for the toll free account.

Click "Phone Numbers" at the top of the page. Click on "Toll-Free Numbers."
Next to your number, you should enter a destination. Put the destination as the telephone that the Toll Free number will ring to. Under Voicemail, if you haven't created one specifically for this number (BETA feature), it will be selected as "No Voicemail". Enter the ring count, then click on "Save Changes".
